Rotogravure and Flexography Printing
Continuous Production Line
In the continuous printing area, we have a 6-color central drum flexographic printer and another unit for reverse printing, along with an integrated waxing and register cutting unit with a counter for continuous in-line production, resulting in a finished product ready for packaging.
We also carry out laminates on aluminum and other substrates since we have a laminating machine prepared for the dosed application of single-component or two-component adhesives and corona treatment. We also apply wax or paraffin to the surface using another machine that also allows us to longitudinally cut or trim coils to different formats. Finally, we have two cutters for random cutting of sheets with high-volume production.
Making Flat and Square Bottom Bags
We have seven bag-making machines for making large-format square-bottom bags made of Kraft paper, allowing us to achieve high production volumes. We also have two die-cutting machines for making flat or gusseted bags, which can produce different formats, and a third bag-making machine with a tear-off cut. We also have two rewinding machines with a Handlook system for automatic tension control, allowing for excellent rewinding in different formats.
We have two rotogravure printers, offering excellent print quality in medium-web and large-format formats in 9 and 12 colors, corona treatment, and the option of printing on both sides of the substrate. One of them also has an integrated system for linear surface application of wax or paraffin. We also have two rotary flexographic printers for high-speed medium-web and large-format printing in 5 and 8 colors, ideal for high-quality printing on kraft paper commonly used for square-bottom bags.
